By combining services for building site installations, building processes and optimizing building site processes on the basis of project specific customer requirements, the logistics specialists save time and costs, thereby contributing to the success of the project. STREIF Baulogistik GmbH is a subsidiary of HOCHTIEF-Group.
The task
communicode was engaged to relaunch and maintain the company’s internet portal. The service included strategic consultation, conception, coordination, Backend linkages and the visual implementation of the Front end. Thereby the main emphasis was put on the development of a new layout based on the existing Corporate Design.
The implementation
The advantages of topicality and easier maintenance, which dynamically produced Websites provide amongst others over statistical sites, lead to a database solution, whereby all contents can be updated by the company itself. Special features such as a Web-catalogue for technical data as well as an e-Procurement solution for selling and searching for used equipment is made available to the client.
The details
The technological basis for the website is the Content Management System of RedDot®, with the assistance of which the customer can update and extend all contents himself. The catalogue system as well as the e-Procurement solution are components, which have been especially developed by communicode on the basis of PHP and MySQL.
