Review of the DMS EXPO 2008: Information management made easy
From 9th to 11th September, communicode presented itself together with one of the largest DMS providers OpenText / RedDot at the DMS EXPO 2008. For three days, interested visitors at this year’s event were able to in inform themselves about Document, Content Management and now also Product Information Management. Due to the fact that the subjects named are related to each other, the organiser for the first time arranged the branch forum “Creating – Translating – Publishing Product Information” to offer visitors holistic strategies for a corporate infrastructure.
For Axel Helbig, the fair for Digital Management Solutions proved to be a complete success. “Once again we were able to demonstrate what PIM systems can achieve in connection with CMS and DMS solutions.” The managing director is confident that over the next years companies will increasingly rely on PIM technology.
