communicode realizes the “OSRAM Light Shop”

The new OSRAM light shop will be completely different - this was the goal the marketing specialists of the manufacturer had set themselves. communicode developed the new online shop, which places special emphasis on user friendliness. It is the target of the shop to significantly simplify the order process for end customers, thereby implementing a customer-friendly menu control, whereby the focus also lies on the clear dissociation of the actual product catalogue, which provides more detailed information about the respective article. Thereby, the OSRAM light shop has a clearly defined structure, which shows products already at the first level and enables in particular the purchase of smaller quantities via two renowned partner distributors.

The realisation of the online shop with the assistance of ASIM^® "InstantWeb" application includes the so-called "PowerSearch" function that enables an extended product search and its subsequent evaluation. Within the shortest of time -  with just 3 clicks - the "Buy here" button takes the user to the required distributor that sells the respective article. The added value of the new OSRAM light shop lies in particular in the clear interface structure and the speedy usability. The start page also includes so-called "Featured Products, where the latest products can be seen at a glance. Online help to assist with the entire order process is also available.
