communicode optimizes internet presence of M-Real Zanders
At the beginning of 2009, the leading carton and paper manufacturer M-Real Zanders decided on a complete new design of its website and the integration of various new functionalities. communicode, which developed the new layout of the website, is in charge of the implementation of the design and the integration of product information on the net. The website has been available on the net since the middle of November 2009.
The project was implemented on the basis of RedDot CMS in order to make managing the contents by a variety of employees as easy as possible. All existing product information is recorded and administered in the product Information Management System infuniq®. The website, which has been implemented in XHTML, integrates product data as well as corporate and market information. A differentiated research function provides customers with the option of searching for a vast variety of paper products. All required product characteristics are thereby made available directly by infuniq®. Any updates or new features can be carried out and uploaded within a very short space of time. The advantage of the Product Information Management System is therefore obvious: apart from saving an enormous amount of work and time, the company optimizes long-term the product information policy, which means it can enjoy vast cost savings.
