PIM system infuniq® provides clear structures for the relaunch of POLYRACK website
The increasingly global orientation of the POLYRACK TECH-GROUP required the expansion of both corporate and product communication. The time had come on 1st July: the company presented the new multilingual website. During the course of restyling the corporate design and the adjustment of all media within the company associated with it, a central Product Information Management System was also implemented. The company responsible for implementing the relaunch in three languages is communicode, an experienced eBusiness service provider in Enterprise Content Management and Product Information Management.
Apart from redesigning the website and realising the project with the Open Text Management Server, the Product Information Management System infuniq® was also set up and linked with the web contents of the Content Management System. infuniq® augments the available master data by adding other important product data and media such as images or documents. Hence, a highlight of the website can be seen in the product segment: products and related product information are dynamically presented on the right half of the page, whilst static web contents are depicted on the left. As a result, it has been possible to implement the optimal interaction of CMS and PIM systems on the POLYRACK TECH-GROUP website.
The POLYRACK TECH-GROUP is a specialist in electronic packaging, plastics technology and surface finishing.
